The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Goa, an Institute of National Importance established by an Act of Parliament in 2016, is steadily developing as a hub for academic excellence in engineering, science, and technology. The Library Superintendent will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of the Institute’s Knowledge Resource Centre (KRC) through expertise in library science, information systems, and modern library technologies. The post requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Library Science, Documentation Science, Information/Data Science, or a related field with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates must possess 4 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in library automation, computerization, networking, and information services, depending on their qualification level.
