Host Organization: The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) hosts the event.

Organizer: K.I.T. Group GmbH, a professional conference organizer (PCO), has been appointed to manage and execute the event’s logistics. This includes handling registration, hotel accommodations, sponsorship opportunities, and exhibition management.

Theme of IIFS 2024: The theme of the Summit is “Stronger Together,” highlighting the importance of collaboration and unity.
