- Shared Office Spaces: Startups gain access to co-working spaces equipped with financial incentives and essential amenities.

- Businesses formed by splitting or reconstructing an existing enterprise will not qualify as startups.

- The startup must be incorporated or registered in Bihar and maintain an operational office in the state.
- Applicable taxes arising from the company’s operations must be paid in Bihar.
