- Eligibility Criteria: Officers under the Central Government or the State Government or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or autonomous organisations –
- (a) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis.
- (b)
- (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized University or Institute.
- (ii) Two years’ professional experience in a Library under the Central Government or the State Government or autonomous or statutory organization or Public Sector Undertakings or University or recognized Research or Educational Institution.
- Desirable:
- (i) Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized university or Institute.
