1. Executive (Librarian)
- Number of Positions: 1
- Educational Qualification: BSc or MSc in Library Science or an equivalent degree in Library Science
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (must provide an experience certificate from previous clients)
- Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing the book library
- Indexing and cataloging library resources
- Assisting researchers and handling their queries via email, phone, and other communication channels
- Maintaining all documents related to researchers and the book library
- Overseeing the digital conversion of library and document section materials, including posters, stills, and song booklets
- Ensuring the maintenance of technical equipment in the library
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Salary: ₹50,000 per month (inclusive of all benefits)
2. Assistant (Library Section)
- Number of Positions: 1
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or an equivalent qualification, along with an MS Office certification
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
- Responsibilities:
- Supporting all activities related to the book library
- Scanning library materials and documents
- Managing library visitors and maintaining records
- Ensuring proper upkeep of the library, including maintenance of scanners, computers, and other equipment
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Salary: ₹30,000 per month (inclusive of all benefits)
3. Assistant (Document Section)
- Number of Positions: 2
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with an MS Office certification
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
- Responsibilities:
- Supporting activities in the document section
- Scanning various materials such as posters, photographs, books, song booklets, and other library/document resources
- Managing visitors to the document section and maintaining relevant records
- Ensuring the proper maintenance of the document section, including scanners, computers, and other equipment
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Salary: ₹30,000 per month (inclusive of all benefits)
