2. Library Vacancy Details
- Post Name: Project Associate
- Number of Positions: 01 (One)
- Duration: Initially for one year, extendable based on performance and requirement.
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years as of the date of the interview.
- Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 per month (fixed)
3. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Required Qualification:
- Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent from a recognized University or PGDLDM from IGNCA.
- Diploma in Computer Application or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- At least 2 years’ experience with KOHA (Integrated Library Management System) administration and implementation.
- Practical experience in Linux Administration and Digital Storage (SAN/NAS) management.
- Desirable Qualification:
- Knowledge of IT/ICT tools, applications, hardware/software, and networking administration and management.
- Experience in DSpace installation and maintenance.
4. Interview Details
- Place of Interview: Chamber of HOD (Kala Nidhi), B Wing, 1st floor, IGNCA, Janpath, New Delhi.
- Mode of Selection: Walk-in-Interview, written test, practical & technical test, followed by a personal interview.

- Time: 11:00 AM (Reporting Time: 10:00 AM)
5. Application Requirements
- Candidates must bring a filled application form, updated resume, self-attested copies of all testimonials (academic marksheet/experience certificates), and original and copy of identity proof (Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Voter-ID/Driving License).
- Selected candidates must submit two reference letters/testimonials from previous employers or institutions at the time of joining.
