Position Details

• Position: Semi-Professional Assistant (SC)
• Pay Scale: ₹29,200–₹92,300 (Pay Matrix Level-5) + applicable allowances as per Institute rules

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks OR a Master’s degree with 50% marks
✔ B.Lib.Sc./B.LI.Sc. with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university
✔ 6-month Computer Applications course

Desirable Qualifications:

✔ Academic background in Social Sciences
✔ Experience in library automation, digitalization, library software, e-resources, and e-databases

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 32 years
• Relaxation: SC candidates get 5 years of age relaxation
