Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Essential:
- Master’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized university or institute.
- Five years of professional experience in a library under Central/State Government, autonomous/statutory organizations, PSUs, universities, or recognized research/educational institutions.
Desirable:
- One year of experience in computerizing library activities in a similar institution.
- Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized university or institute.
