This post is on a purely contractual basis, without leading to permanent employment. - Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Degree in Library Science (one year course after graduation) from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Konkani.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
- Salary: ₹43,800/- p.m.
- Term: 6 months (purely on a contractual basis).

Position: Librarian Gr III

- Essential Qualification:
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or All India Council for Technical Education approved Diploma awarded by a recognized State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Six months Certificate Course in Library and Information Science from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of computer operations.
- Knowledge of Konkani.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
- Salary: ₹32,550/- p.m.
- Term: 5 months (purely on a contractual basis).
- Date of Interview: 20/09/2024.
WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
A walk-in interview will be conducted for the following posts from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Directorate of Art and Culture, Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji Goa purely on a contractual basis (Leave vacancy) as per the date mentioned below.

The contractual appointment carries with it the liability to serve in any part of Goa. The appointment is purely on a contractual basis and will not confer any right to permanent employment.
The age limit for the posts should not exceed 45 years as on the dates of the interview conducted respectively for the posts which applied for.
The interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with all their original certificates: mark sheets, experience certificate, 15 years residence certificate in Goa, employment card, birth certificate (with an attested photocopy of each of these) and a recent passport-sized photograph, along with the updated bio-data, in the office premises of the Directorate of Art & Culture, Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji on the dates and times mentioned above.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview. Candidates not fulfilling the eligibility criteria and not reporting on time will not be considered for interview/test.
